To accelerate feature delivery and eliminate systemic design debt for a greenfield enterprise platform, I co-piloted the architecture and launch of a scalable, centralized component library built around a strict design token strategy. By auditing early product roadmaps and collaborating directly with engineering stakeholders, I helped to engineer a high-density, WCAG-compliant ecosystem in Figma using variables and auto-layout to support complex, data-heavy enterprise workflows. The system successfully mapped comprehensive interaction states and responsive behaviors across multi-stakeholder workflows, ultimately establishing absolute visual and behavioral consistency from day one while reducing design-to-development handoff time.
