To validate platform usability and de-risk core feature development, I orchestrated a comprehensive beta-testing and pilot evaluation program on an early version of our enterprise platform, gathering direct behavioral insights from active users within technical, multi-stakeholder workflows. By analyzing real-world usage patterns, system bottlenecks, and workflow friction points during the live pilot, I uncovered critical gaps between legacy operational habits and our initial digital product layout. I then synthesized these discoveries into actionable product requirements, collaborating closely with the design team to iteratively redesign complex system structures and refine interaction models, successfully ensuring airtight product-market fit and a highly intuitive user experience before core engineering handoff.
