A connected transportation system designed to support aging in place by making mobility easier for older adults and coordination simpler for their families. The experience paired a simplified ride-request device with a companion website where caregivers could manage transportation, payments, ride activity, and shared availability. Together, the two tools were designed to promote independence while reducing the logistical burden on caregivers.
